WARRANTY POLICY

This Warranty Policy applies to products purchased from KuKu Town LLC d/b/a Parts District (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
1. Manufacturer’s Warranty
All products sold by Parts District are covered solely by the manufacturer’s warranty, if any.
Parts District does not provide an independent or additional warranty beyond that offered by the product manufacturer.
Warranty coverage, duration, and terms vary by manufacturer and product type.
2. Scope of Coverage
Any warranty coverage is determined exclusively by the manufacturer and may include:

Warranty terms, duration, and limitations are governed by the manufacturer’s policies.

The manufacturer may require:

Installation documentation

Additional supporting materials
Warranty determinations are made at the manufacturer’s discretion.
5. What Is Not Covered
Manufacturer warranties typically do not cover:

Cosmetic damage after installation

Racing or off-road use (unless stated)
Customers are responsible for reviewing manufacturer warranty terms.
6. Installation & Labor Disclaimer

Removal or reinstallation costs

Diagnostic costs

Vehicle downtime

Loss of use

Towing expenses
Even if a product qualifies for manufacturer warranty replacement, labor reimbursement is not provided unless expressly stated by the manufacturer.
7. Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims
Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with warranty returns unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer.
Parts District may provide return instructions when applicable.
8. One-Time Replacement Limitation
If a replacement is issued under manufacturer warranty, subsequent warranty coverage is governed by the manufacturer’s policy.
Parts District does not guarantee multiple replacements beyond the manufacturer’s terms.
9. Aftermarket Product Disclosure
Products sold by Parts District are aftermarket parts unless explicitly stated as OEM.
Compatibility and performance may vary from original manufacturer specifications.
Use of aftermarket products may affect manufacturer vehicle warranties.
Customers are responsible for verifying compatibility prior to purchase.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Labor costs
Total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
